Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the WRMF.   We limit our vendor space to 25 vendors.  No food vendors should apply.  The cost of being a vendor for this festival is $100.00 for two days. We will only accept applications for the entire event and applications will only be accepted via email. Vendors may start setting up at noon on August 12th and set up should be completed by 4:00.   You are expected to keep your booth open Friday 4-9 PM and Saturday noon-9:00 PM.  Your space reservation will allow two free admissions—all other persons staffing your booth will need to buy tickets for the event.  We provide a space that is approximately 12’ X 10’, an 8’ table and two chairs.
